RIDGEWOOD, NJ – January 8, 2020 – Christina Gibbons, a Realtor® Associate with Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate that was voted Christie’s Affiliate of the Year in 2017 and 2018, and the CEO of the Christina Gibbons Group, was recently featured on The American Dream TV speaking about Ridgewood, NJ, the real estate marketplace in the Village, and giving the correspondents a look into a fabulous home currently for sale in Ridgewood.
The segment, the first of six upcoming featuring Gibbons, is available online as part of The American Dream TV’s YouTube channel (New Jersey Season Six, Episode Eight). Gibbons is among only twelve real estate agents selected to be featured in New Jersey. The second segment is expected to be taped in January.
“I was honored to be chosen as part of a select group of real estate professionals across the Garden State to be featured. This opportunity with The American Dream TV is one more way that my team and I are leveraging various media channels to provide an added level of service to our clients,” said Gibbons. “I was very excited to be able to speak about our wonderful village on the show and I hope it allows more people to realize what the homes and community of Ridgewood have to offer. It is so easy to talk about all of the positives of living here when I get to live them each and every day.”
In addition to Gibbons, the first show featured two correspondents from The American Dream TV, Ralph DiBugnara of the Cardinal Financial Company and Erika Baldino of Kensington Vanguard. Gibbons took DiBugnara to coffee at Raymond’s, a Ridgewood cornerstone diner that was featured in 2018 on Jerry Seinfeld’s Netflix sensation, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Then, Gibbons provided the correspondents with a private showing of a beautiful center-hall colonial home that she and her Group currently have listed for sale in Ridgewood.
Throughout the segment, Gibbons spoke to the livability of Ridgewood along with the town’s friendly, suburban feel and close proximity to New York City. She also highlighted the sense of community that the town’s residents take part in, referencing Ridgewood’s real-life Friday Night Lights approach to high school football games and other village events.
“Shows and other opportunities like this help us bring that added level of service to our real estate clients, while strengthening the strong social media presence and marketing exposure that we bring to the table,” continued Gibbons. “Clips from these segments are easily syndicated across all of our social media channels, allowing us to more deeply embrace this growing ‘game-changer’ in our industry.”
The American Dream TV airs in nearly every major city nationwide. With real estate at its central focus, the show focuses on a variety of topics related to their main focus such as home ownership, lifestyles, entrepreneurship, and neighborhoods, among others. The show, or some of its segments, can often be seen on regional affiliates of NBC, the CW, FOX, CBS and ABC.
“Christina is representative of a real estate professional who regularly looks for ways to bring a higher profile and added value to her clients, regardless of whether they are buying or selling a home. This is the essence of the power that Christie’s brings to each and every transaction,” said Sonja Cullaro, Executive Vice President of Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey. “Our brokerage and our brand is all about customer service, and opportunities like this differentiate our client properties and our agents from other peers across the industry.”
